Announcing CCR Water Quality Reports for 2018!

McDowell County Public Service District makes available annually our water quality reports for each system we maintain. Listed to the left is the most recent data for the year ending 2018. Please click on the area of your choice in the section for each report where it says, "Download File," in order to view the data for your water system. If you are using Internet Explorer, please click 'Run' on the tab that pops up at the bottom of your screen after clicking "Download File," whereas if you are using Chrome or Firefox, the same option will pop up on a smaller tab in the left corner or top of your screen, respectively. When it has finished downloading (this should only take between a few seconds or roughly less than a minute, depending on your connection speed), you will be given the option to 'Open.' You will need Microsoft Word to view the file however if you do not have Word, a free, open source version of Open Office is available here that can open the file. Many newer computers also feature the option to open it in WordPad, which is basic software included with most Windows machines purchased new in the last 5 years. Likewise, if you are using either an Android phone, Android tablet, or iPhone, our site supports downloads to those platforms and the reports can be viewed with Microsoft Word apps available free from the Google Play or the App Store.
